Community Events Fundraiser needed!
Interested in a challenging, fun and worthwhile job? We are looking for a community events fundraiser (10 hrs week, 6 month contract). To deliver medium large scale local fundraising events. To manage inspire small team of volunteer fundraisers. To recruit train volunteers. To inspire organise fundraising participants (eg runners, walkers, swimmers etc). Imagination, drive, tenacity and inspiration required! works well in a team, but also self-starter. Can do own admin is organised. Good on phone, face to face online. Appreciates sensitivity of our work, respects confidentiality diversity. Committed to safeguarding - DBS required. Access to car.We offer: reasonable salary (to be negotiated), good friendly office environment committed team, flexible working (some evening weekend work required), good professional and worthwhile local cause with lots of local goodwill.
